Ernesto Chong Coronado, living in Panam City, the Republic of Panama appears to be a habitual liar and cheat.  Not only has he, and his company PMC International Inc. stolen $10,000 in wages from me, but he repeatedly cheats his customers.  I have sent him and his company an invoice for wages owed for exactly one year, and no payments have been made so I decided to report it and one of his common tactics.

One of his favorite scams is to charge customers for annual company renewals and pocket the cash.  How this works: The national government of Panama requires corporations to pay annual fees to keep their companies in good standing.  If the fees are not paid, the company can still continue without interruption but when the company needs to be sold or file anything with the government (or even open a new bank account), all back dues and late fees must be paid before any transfer of ownership can occur (or corporate bank accounts be opened).  PMC International, under the direction of Ernesto Chong, invoices clients for these fees but never pays the government.  PMC International has registered thousands of corporations in Panama so this money is a very large sum of money.

This is easy to prevent as the government issues a certified receipt and every client should know that legitimate legal and/or asset protection firms send their clients copies of these receipts.
