PMTDiesel.com Worst Customer Service, Rude, Thieving Resellers Sunrise Florida

Performance Motorsport Technology AKA PMT Diesel -WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE! They are a product reseller, they just took our order, marked up someone else's product & had it direct shipped to us. We ordered a mid-ship tank from them by phone & were VERY specific that this was NOT a rear tank. They had Titan Tanks direct ship us a REAR tank. When we called to exchange they would not admit that it was their error and would not refund without charging us for the shipping even though it was their mistake. After paying $995 up front we had to pay an additional $68 to ship it back, then they reduced our refund by $128 for the original freight to us. We only received a refund of $867. Their mistake cost us $196 in total and we still didn t have what we needed.

Their customer service number is a complete lack thereof. Only one man answers & he won't hear anything you say no matter how you say it, he only says "I'm not here to argue, do we have an understanding?!" over and over again. He will not pass you to a higher up, will not provide any information to contact management or ownership. The people on the sales number only sell, telling you that you need to call the customer service number for anything else.

According to Florida public records, Marvin Chanes is the Manager and Registered agent for this company from 2007-current yet if you ask for him by name the employees just say "who?".

Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. No sense supporting a company that doesn't listen to customers. The internet and world at large is full of much better choices.

P.S. If you call Titan Tanks directly you won't have this problem or the middle man markup.
