COMPLAINT

Purchased a service with TotalAutoPilot.Com for lead generation, search engine marketing and web services. The services were partially rendered.  Yes, this company, run by Mr. Pat Necerato, did furnish 4-5 page web sites and provided videos, however, viewing the traffic to this site resulted in zero traffic. Upon allowing the program to work it's illustrious magic our management discovered that not a single referral was made by this program.  Not a single call came in for a new patient with this program.

Problems with PNZ Management Services Inc. included: poor communication with the Account Executive, a Switch Board that had obvious caller ID that was used effectively by PNZ to close their sales, but was later used to avoid calls from us.

Doctors at practice were not pleased with the services and asked for a refund.  Upon stating the word "refund", our Account Executive was no longer working at PNZ Management Services, and a new A/E filled in who did take set up a time and date to discuss but stated that their services have all been fulfilled. We had requested to speak with the principal, Pat Necarato and at this time PNZ Management Services ignored our requests and calls.

DECEPTION 
The principal of PNZ (Pat Necerato), over promises and does not deliver. 

 

FRAUD

We used our iphones in recording videos (with audio) in placing calls to PNZ Management and cancelled our service. We also placed emails to cancel our service and we received a reply back confirming our request stating that the service has been deactivated upon our request and that we will NOT be charged.  

However, the fraud here is that they do in fact charge the credit card at $500+ a month.

They cover their bases with the credit card company by throwing the site back up and they can then charge the credit card indefinitely.  Finally, after hours upon hours of discussions with the creditor and its fraud division, the card account had to be completely closed in order to stop the recurring monthly fee.  We were very upset for having wasted so much time and capital into this highly deceptive dental marketing program by PNZ Management Services Inc.

Our research has discovered that the company is a New Jersey Corporation that registered with the State of New Jersey in 2006.

Complaint: I have repeated called and sent messages to cancel my account and no one has returned my call. This company is still in business because they are charging my account using PNZ Management. They have however changed their name/started another business. It called drivingforce.com. Their telephone number is correct, at least that's what they are advertising and answering.

Desired Settlement: Cancel the account and credit my account.

BBB's Final Determination: Business is out of business.

It is such a shame that Mr. Pat Necerato screened our calls, refused our calls, and played all these games of manipulating the system to garnish sales from our credit card company.

Worst of all, we are by no means, an isolated case or an outlier.

This is a rebuttal to Pat Necerato's delusional "Misinformation" rebuttal.

 

  1. How amazing is it that Mr. Pat Necerato denies everything even after we had provided so many other complaints from other sources and from his other clients?  
  2. Pat Necerato HAD time to fix things in a timely manner, and refused to take any leadership for his services which were mediocre (at best).  I do not believe Mr. Pat Necerato has a degree in CSE, Compuster Science Engineering, MIS, Management Information Systems or IT, Information Technology to properly Search Engine Optimize what he claims he can do with any degree of confidence.  Hence why there are so many satisfied customers.  
  3. Pat Necerato is NOT HONEST about his own malpractice of managing his own business and instead opts to publish a very non-intelligent rebuttal that denies any wrong doing on his part.

Mr. Necerato, perhaps you should learn how to implement quality control.  You see in our profession, we are regulated and we self police our selves to make certain we provide the utmost highest regards to our patients, clients, customers, etc.  It is a fundamental and rudimentary practice to implement i.e. QUALITY CONTROL and CUSTOMER SERVICE.  

 

Instead, you opt to charge people's cards, and stop talking to them and think you will get away with it.  You did not...and as far as we are concerned you will never rip off another hard working doctor again.  They don't grow money on trees for people like you who succumb to lastitude when they place their capital to support you and your 'services'.

 

Pat Necerato, LET YOUR RECORD STAND in plain site that does not reflect well or positive for your lack of any recourse for managing your business and taking care of your clients.  

 

If you want to keep rebuttling with us - go ahead.  it's 2015, I would think you want to stop discussing your invalidness into a new year - but that shall be entirely up to you.

 

I have not taken the time to research if any more complaints have been pressed against Mr. Pat Necerato since our last publishing and I have not contacted the New Jersey Tax Board to inquire if he is actually incorporated and filed his taxes to be a legitamate business; however, will do so in the near future since Mr. Pat Necerato has so much passion for trying to vindicate himself of his own wrong doings as a self employed marketer.

I am the owner of PNZ Management/Driving Force. 

I would prefer to address this directly, however, the person filing the report did not mention their name. In all cases, if we have an unhappy customer, we do our best to rectify the situation. Even with over several thousand customers, it is never difficult to do that. What you are reading in this report is a case of a blatant attack on our reputation, that leaves us no recourse because the person does not want to be recognized.  

In over 15 years of business, rest assured, we've never been accused of fraud, misleading customers or anything this person has accused us of other than maybe not getting the results they wanted. I'm sure there is some legitimacy to their complaint and we can't always please everyone. We provide a marketing 'system' not miracles. The customer must utilizye the product in order to get results. But to imply and accuse as this person did is an unprofessional, cowardly attack and no where near represents the experience our customers have.
