Pool & Spa Depot 5764 Crossing Blvd. Did not return $5000 deposit, when contract was cancelled Nashville, Tennessee

We purchased a inground pool and put $5000 down money, with agreement to purchase if financing was approved.  Pool & Spa Depot referred us to their finace company.  Were told it would take a half hour to get approval.  This did not happen.  It took weeks for the finance company to get back to us.

 We were not approved for financing, and requested our deposit back.  This was not done.
We ended up going to small claims court to sue. 

Received a letter that the company has now claimed bankrupcy.  We were told to get in line with the other complaints and claims that are on file for Pool & Spa Depot. 

It has been a year and a half since we first gave our deposit.  To date we have not received our money back, or a court date for our law suit.

Ironically, we did recieve a letter last week asking us if all was well with our new pool.  They stated that they know we had choices when purchasing a pool. They were glad that we chose Pool & Spa Depot. Also, that they are only a phone call away if we need anything.

Yes, I do need something.  I need my $5000 back.
