Wanted to add. Tampa is in Hillsborough county of which I am a registered contractor. In addition I am registered in the City of Tampa as a Building Contractor and Swimming Pool contractor. Call them. Call Pinellas also. I have three major construction jobs going on there this month alone. No complaints in ANY of the cities or counties I work in.

You stated we did not fix a leak we found? We offer a sixty day warranty under which we return free of charge to fix any minor leaks. This is clearly explained when you call to schedule. If we have have to cut through concrete or more extensive work is required to properly repair it we leave a detailed description of the leak source and an estimate to fix it. I'm sorry your pool was not built correctly or you had major ground settlement issues. It is not our responsibility to warranty another builders work unless that company has authorized us to do so.

Obviously you must work for a competitior as you slander my company and others I do business with. We do thousands of service calls a year and renovate 100+ pools per year. The health inspectors recommend us in hillsborough and pinellas. I am not registered in manatee or whatever other counties you spewed out as I don't do business there.

Several people have been ripped off by us, that's a nice assumption? Where are their reports? Why do I have perfect feedback on the Better Business Bureau?
