Poppa wheelie  March 27,2014 found myself in need of a moped for my grandson I only had $350 called poppa to see if he had a used one that somebody had traded in I thought if it came from somewhere else it wouldn't be a piece of junk he wanted $500 a friend of mine loaned me the other $150. I paid my neighbor $50 to go pick it up 80 miles round trip. My grandson was allowed to crank it up and drive it in parking lot .  Zack who says he is owner said on phone I would get 30 day warranty . I didn't he gave my grandson a bill of sale with a paper underneath saying as is no warranty then he told my grandson that it had all new parts on it but to start it you had to turn throttle 2 or 3 times before you start it. My grandson brought it home in the neighbors truck . He then cranked it up took it to gas station 4 miles away it sputtered the whole way after putting gas in it would NOT start so that four mile ride cost me $500 he had to call for help and have it brought home again in a truck. Three calls were made to Zack.HE NEVER CALLED BACK . How do I get my money back ? How do I make this liar stand good on his word BEST BIKE ON THE LOT? I have cancer my husband is dead and this piece of crap lied to me and stole from me and somebody needs to know cancer ain't cheap. I am not doing anything but laying here waiting to die so I can sit in court room and sue him or hang him either way I don't care he is a liar and a thief.  Greenville South Carolina
