We contacted Micros Corporate in order to purchase Gift cards that will work with our POS system. We were refereed to this small town POS Depot Gift card re seller located in Niagara Falls.

We sent our proofs over to their supposed Graphic Designer, which I think she was still in High School, with her Holier than Though attitude. After going around with her for several days we got a proof and their were multiple spelling and layout errors. Mind you we sent them the final proof that our Designer had done and they must of had to redesign it as they had no idea how to simply import it.

We notified them of the errors and this girl name Leah Wiseman that was the supposed account representative AND Graphic Designer told us that those errors were in the proof that we sent to them, after arguing and listening to her spout off to us for 20 minutes she finally said that she would redo the proof and send it out the same day for us to review, but it was not her fault that our designer made these supposed mistakes.

The following day we still had not heard from them so we called and spoke to the manager/owner and what a arrogant individual( Kevin Mearbell this was! He went on to tell us that the proof was sent the previous day which it had not. The entire process should not have taken more than a few days to get this order proofed and sent out, instead it took over a week.

Mind you Micros recommends using this merchant, however we will never again use this small town, small shop.

Small Businesses are the heart of America

AUTHOR: bloom88 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, August 05, 2012

First of all I find the negative tone directed towards the so called "small town" business insulting. Many jobs are created and lives fostered from "small town" businesses.  Maybe your predisposition against small businesses created a sour tone in your dealings with this company.

Finally, having that information aside I can't take this complaint seriously if the writer isn't educated enough to tell the differences between there/their/they're. An adult with a mere high school education should be able to differentiate.

Good luck with your future corporate dealings.
