Powerhouse cars international Tom Harting Car dealer ripoff Kettering Ohio

Hi Tom,i have been trying to contact you a lot of times by phone and emails with no result,but the Ripoff report seems to have got your attention.First of all you are mixing me up with someone ells,The car i paid you for was the Mustang fastback with the different VIN on the title and the stamped in numbers behind the front fenders.

The Mustang was not possible to export to Sweden,you said so yourself.So you have no right to just send back $20000 of the $25000 that i sent you for the car.

If you contact me by email``,you have got my adress``perhaps we can work things out.If you send me the remaining $5000 i will remove the complaint.

As you might have read i have been in contact with the detective that helped me and asked him to tell anyone interested about how you did not return any money at all untill i contacted the police and he has a lot of emails as evidense.

As i said if you contact me i think we can work this out and i will remove my complaint.

I will send you a email in some days and hopefully you will respond this time.

I am sure you have got a lot of satisfied clients,both buyers and sellers.but in my case ou did brake the law by

not returning all of my money,as i said all along it was not my foult that the car was not possible to export.

I really wanted the deal to go trough 

This car cost over $80,000.00 build . How can Howard call the car junk. He is so wrong !!!!

Howard, why are you trying to discredit my business by posting a unture post?? The owner drove 16 hours with his car in a trailer so you could inspect and drive it. You liked and paid all the  fee's the car. Howard you need to stop and think before you starting blowing whistle!!! 

Anyone who is interested in knowing the truth about how Tom Harting stole my $5000 might contact the Kettering police department and ask for detective Vincent Mason.This is the detective that helped me to get the most of my money back.

All the rebuttals Tom has made against my report are lyes,it was not my foult tha the Mustang did not have the same VIN on the title as the one stamped on the car.The VIN on the title said that it was a coupe with a 6 cyl engine and the stamped in VIN said fastback with a V8.And it would not have been possible to get the car exported from the US or to get it registred in Sweden so that is why Tom shoud have sent me all of my money back.

I will ask Detective mason to pass on your email to me if anyone wants to see evidence that i am telling the truth.

I can't beleive that  this site will post any and all negative thoughts that have no merit whats so ever about a company.  I have a large number of very happy clents, both buyers and sellers that have nothing but postive things to say about me and Power House Cars. 

I must speak up and tell you that I will not let my compmany be maglined over these false and totaly unture statements. It is a real shame that people can make a posting  with out contacting the company first.

The Mustang did not have the paperwork in order and it wold not have been possible to export the car overseas,that is why the deal did not go trough.

The Mustang was advertised on Ebay by Tom and Powerhouse cars international,

I sent the whole amount $25000 and if i had not contacted the Police in Kettering i wold not have gotten any money back.

The rebuttal written by Tom is all a ly as most of what he has said during this time. 

I have all the emails saved and anyone who want to se them can contact me and i will prove that Tom is a lyer and a thief.

Anyone interested in reading the emails i have from Tom please make a comment or rebuttal including your contact information and i will send you evidence that Tom is lying.

I have tryed to contact Tom several times during the past year but he doesn`t respond.

Warning do not trust Tom Harting,he has stolen $5000 from me and there are other persons with the same experiance.

This will set the record correct. The customer wanted to find a Mustang and to ship to his address. After countless hours of phone calls, travel expenses and e mail transactions. Power House did locate a car and the buyer was notified. He then sent $5,000 as a down payment on the . After learning how much all the shipping fee's and all of the other cost included he then backed out of the purchase agrreement leaving Power House Cars with all the debt surrounding the transaction. Why did he send $5,000.00 and  then back out of the sale. Power House cars kept the down payment for a transaction he failed to complete. Please be advised of the client who couldn't afford the Mustang.
