John maybe you forgot what it means to testify in a court of law. YOU told the judge that you were filing for bankruptcy. YOU told the judge thatyour lawyer advised you not to even show up since you were filing for bankruptcy. and as we were walking out YOU told me "youre not getting a cent. you will be getting a letter of intent from my lawyer for my bankruptcy." 

if needed i will subpoena the judge, bailiff, and clerk present at your testimony. that is not a threat....that is a promise.

P.P.E. Automotive has been forced to file multiple law suits including Civil harassment against the customer. These actions are a response to Outlandish Behavior, Personal Attacks, Previous Threats & Threatening Demeanor Exhibited by the customer. P.P.E. Automotive is precluded from any further comment untill.

1. The court appeal has been heard and ruled on reguarding the civil complaint filed by the customer.

2. The Defamation of character slander law suit filed by P.P.E. has been heard and ruled on.

3. The civil harrassment hearing filed by P.P.E. has been heard and ruled on.

4. The Civil suit for monetary damages filed by P.P.E. has been heard and ruled on.

You say that “P.P.E. gives free estimates, free towing, free shuttle to all located in So-Cal” and if that is truly the case then it shouldn’t matter to you that you “had to drive out to the country, drive down a washed out wash board dirt country rd,” and “forge a 2 1/2' 10yd creek” which by the way is DRY. Makes me wonder how you stay in business because our home (NOT a single wide trailer) is located within the same city limits that yours is. The difference between us is that my husband and I actually live within our means. We actually enjoy living “in the country” and most importantly, we can afford that without having to live in a fancy house, gated community, near a lake- only to go in bankruptcy.  And your so called “free-towing” is basically you just calling AAA so please don’t make it seem as if you have your own towing service. Yes, we did give you $650.00 for an $850.00 job as a deposit- because no person in their right mind would completely pay for a job that isn’t complete. Where the $650 came from is NONE OF YOUR CONCERN. As a so-called business professional your only concern should be getting paid timely by your customer and delivering the product on time.

Your attack on our personal life just goes to show how low you will stoop to get sympathy. My husband is not an “unemployed DJ high on drugs” nor I simply a “pizza delivery girl.” We are both highly educated professionals. Yes, I did need the vehicle repaired timely so that I could take a SECOND job as a pizza driver. This is what financially responsible people do. They take second jobs and work hard to get ahead instead of defaulting on their obligations and declaring BANKRUPTCY.

As to your research on Crohn’s disease, thank you for taking such an interest. While there are both pros and cons to medical marijuana, once again- we are NOT friends. You do NOT know our life, and what we have been through as far as medications. Crohn’s disease is NOT IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) it is IBD (irritable bowel disease.)  If you had done your research correctly then you would have also noted that Pepto-Bismol is not recommended for Crohn’s disease.

I am sorry that your little girl is going through cystic fibrosis at such a young age. Maybe your research on medical marijuana would be better focused on possible remedies for your daughter. Again, I am not sure why any of this is your concern. We paid you to do a job- A job that you halfway completed due to your lame excuses and delays in parts. You received $650.00 out of $850.00 for a halfway job and then you have the nerve to complain? I find it hard to believe that you had a hard time ordering parts for a 2002 vehicle. Maybe for a classic, but definitely not for a 2002. We have since had the vehicle repaired at a respectable shop in Murrieta. Total time for “ordering parts” plus labor was THREE DAYS. Yet, I waited 14 days for you? Additionally, the shop did not accept any payment from us until pick-up. Which is the way normal people operate. He did not care where our money came from, all he cared about was us paying the balance in full- which we paid in CASH i might add.

Your claims that the judge “did not hear your case” are just cries to make people feel sorry for you. YOU postponed the original trial date, YOU knew of the 2^nd date for the trial for SEVEN weeks, yet you FAILED to show. And that’s unfair to you? No- that is unfair to US. WE took time off of work, WE rescheduled medical appointments, and you did not even have the decency to show. So let’s get this straight- the judge “denied your request” for another trial. After being questioned by the judge you FAILED to provide sufficient reason for the court to waste their time and resources on another trial.

Thank you for your time and I hope this really clears up the story for you John. Please do not waste your time attempting to bully MY family, and concentrate on your own family. Just wanted to clearify and edit some typos. 

Not only do I have a Degree in IT but my wife has her masters and bachelors. I would also like to say, there is no cure for Crohns disease and because of it relation to IBS family. On another note, I have truely had enough of John P. He is trying to run and hide from a problem, something my wife and I do not find exceptable. We disreguard the statements made by John P. We find all his rebuttles humerous and shake our heads and even grin a lil smile when he attempts to sound legit. JohnP. youre garbage woek, garbage argument and crumbling road ahead is whats eating at you. wheres your next dollar coming from john? There wont be anymore people to rob John.  If this stopped this crook. Thank God. Oh and BTW. after all said and done he was woeking exclusively withbmy wife after our fall out and agreement of working souly with my wife until repairs werent done. I complied with that agreement having no communication with John P during our whole business time so that the job may be completed. Only after being lied to and constant excuses we had enough and after I recieved my car back was when I reintroduced myself to the business. Not satisfies I released my opinions and my wife and I stood our ground. Won our case and burying this mans ill will. His unpleasent rebuttles only make our case and he is done . 18 yr and has to think about renewal? $250 yet he hasent decided in 4 months. Where the clientel from April to now. p.s I paid for a $650 car wash and inside cleaning. We have also been tempted to contact John P's neighbors to get a better insight to any witnesses seeing our car at his home. For it is it is illegal to operate at a residence. In a gated community in which filed with court saying he was moving. Lie lie lie. Ok. Like I said..he goes to my condition. John how about thinking of things like this. Youve past judgement on us for the last time. Now as far as John P using this as his personal therapy and venting outlet, I feel sorry for this man and who he has to provide for. From here on out my wife and I have come to the conclusion he is trapped and using desprate measure to breath now that we've drowned him. He will always be loud mouthed and foul. P.P.E. Automotive was was designed as a "mobile wholesale truck fleet repair facility" servicing the needs of Corporate fleet delivery vehicles from the onset of conseption. This equates to 99.9% of P.P.E.'s customer base. The retail aspect took a life of it's own after our daughters and I have three, 6, 12, 16 engineered an ad for local circulation to create additional revenue to support a trip to Disney World. The license requirements and permits are different for wholesale vs retail applications. P.P.E. has only performed retail repairs while it's license was active. A delinquent license does not constitute cancelled. It just means the $250.xx fee has not been paid renewing it for another year. P.P.E. has perfect record with the Bureau Of Automotive Repair. Despite this piss kicking contest with a most unreasonable retail customer. P.P.E. may or may not re-license for the retail market, that is something I have to think about! Here is what I do know.... P.P.E. has remained in business for 18 years, there must be a reason?  P.P.E. gives free estimates, free towing, free shuttle to all located in So-Cal. In this case w/ this particular customer. I had to drive out to the country drive down a washed out wash board dirt country rd, forge a 2 1/2' 10yd creek flowing water to arrive down in a canyon where their single wide trailer of a home is located. I towed the vehicle to and from civilization for free and initiated the complete removal of the cyl heads in one afternoon. What other company is this accomodating NONE that I know of.  This customer is trying to shame and intimidate me into getting his way taking my kindness for weekness. My family and I will not be bullied. (PERIOD) and as tragic as it is I have a dissatisfied customer. I can live with that! Especially when he thinks he is entitled to a $3200.xx refund when he only paid a $650.xx deposit on a $850.xx repair." Sorry but I am not buying this weeks buds bud." P.P.E. Automotive can continue to do the tit for tat here on R/O Report but that is not what we are about. We are committed to making sure your consumer goods make it to market. Repairing the vehicles that deliver those goods to market in a timely professional manner. The engagement here however entertaining is truly a waste of time and resource. It is like expecting the pizza delivery girl or an unemployed DJ high on drugs to understand the  complex workings of the Space Shuttle or the company Nasa who built it. However before you start hating... I am sure all are competent given their respected fields in their field of expertise. Also any reference to drug use is due to the customer admitting here in this report as to his use/ abuse. It has been most difficult dealing with this situation and with the initial repair with one who is "High On Weed"  There is no way an individual whom is high is in their (RIGHT MIND) while under the influence of a drug such as Marijuana and such indiv iduals are difficult to work with and for especially when they can't keep their eyes open and are in a sloppy drunk like state. (unintelligable) state switching to moments of violence and rage.  This is what P.P.E. had to work with. I also have done multiple searches on the subject of marijuana for the treatment of Crohn's disease. Interesting some pro's alot of con's but most doctors will not recommend it according to the studies I have read because their is not enough clinical data to support it's use effectivly. Most pro comments were from the users ( go figure ) but as a whole it seems any excuse to smoke weed is justified by a weed smoker! BTW Crohn's disease is also know as (IBS) Irritable Bowel Syndrom sometimes curable with as little as Pepto-Bismol and diet changes. Depends on the severity. We hope anyone who has the condition recovers fully & quickly. Their are two sides to every story, their is plenty of information here with photos to support P.P.E's position. P.P.E. Automotive is far from finished, as I stated previously an (Appeal is being filed with the court.) The only lies being told are by the customer who IMHO needs to seek alternative medications to "SMOKEIN WHAT YOUR SELLING"  Medical Marijuna is not for everyone. With that said P.P.E. will remain on track with the facts: P.P.E. Automotive has been in close contact with the Bureau Of Automotive Repair. The BAR representitive is Robert A. Snyder. The BAR contacted P.P.E. when the customer filed a complaint P.P.E. has cooperated fully and no disiplinary action has been taken as of this date 8/14/2013. & P.P.E. has never been in violation with the Bureau. One thing to consider, I have been in business since 1995 I encounter hundreds of people each month for thousands of dollars. I think it is a terrible thing to have an unsatisfied customer, In 18yrs of business I have had less than a handful. On my behalf the few I have had issues with "COULD NOT AFFORD THE REPAIR" in the first place and were looking for something for nothing. Which is the case here!  If P.P.E. does not get awarded an appeal. P.P.E. will have lost! I can accept that and will continue on as I always have.  The customer however must realize though in the grand scheme of things and the volume of buisness he is just a drop of water in the ocean as I sail away. I will post once the apeal is approved or denied.

As in the previous rebuttles, we won again. He couldnt prove any of his garbage and glad a Judge saw his defenseless tactics. Standing there stuttering and swearing to find a right lie John P. couldnt provide any proof to missing court because in my opinion He probably took us for fools like he tried with sobmany others and I stopped his crookedness. Once again his first go to in court was his daughter..The sick lil girl card...Judge didnt see things as John P. Stated. He had no chance and was upset and scratched his way trying to use a lil girls illness for his benifit. Well, after admitting bankruptcy and storming out..John P. held the door while we exited the court and said to my wife and I he would never pay us a cent...we'll see about that! He walked away to his truck fast as I verbally told him He will never rob anyone again. You should loom up John Raymond Petrovich Jr. aka Skee and beware of his fast talking loud mouth BS ways. Im not a bitter person nor do I have any problems with people..bit John Petrovich Jr is one person who deserves to feel what hes done to other people over the course of years. Was not awarded the opportunity to defend it's self in Court today. The Judge refused to accept the Vacate Judgement Order. He agreed on my evidence to suport why I could not attend the original trial. He agreed my daughter's health and hospitalization /care was most important. However....He denied hearing "Having Another Trial" because I still could have called the court.  I'm sorry when you have a daughter with Cystic Fibrosis, Livertransplant, 75cm of a bowel removed needs medical treatment and or maintenance that is priority. I am not accepting the Judges ruling today. I still have not been heard in a court of law or been allowed to present my case. P.P.E. Automotive still respects any ruling by the court but P.P.E. Automotive will exercise it's right to appeal the Judge's decision. P.P.E. will file the appeal and get a hearing before a different Judge and hopefully be able to present it's case. A case P.P.E. knows it can win!

Has been granted a" Vacate Judgement" hearing in court on 8/12/2013 at the hearing the following will be determined:

1. The Judge will decide if the original Judgement should be dissmissed & if it is appropriate that a new small claims trial be assigned.

2.  If it is deemed a new trial / hearing is appropriate to set that date.

3.  The Judge at their discretion can try the small claims case right then imediately.

As I sit back and read these febal attempts to make his case look even worse, I state this. I have never had "hugh amounts" of "Medical Marijuana" in my vehicle and no Law enforcement officer would lie like that . This guy is a joke, and actually starting to become a comedian. As always I say the truth is there and I have had a valid medical Marijuana card through the state of california due to Im 100% disabled declared by the state in which In our case present our case. Now if he is willing to jeoprodize a Deputy of the law in making false statements about what he claims to be hugh amounts and clearly EMPTY bottles. As he shoots himself in the foot I document all he does. He is nothing more than a loud mouth, who needs desprate measures to get by in life. Like I state, We have won and nothing..even his febal , pay attention "Empty Medical Marijuana" bottles will prove nothing but his cling to life because he has nothing else to fall back on. Had he fixed my car, my trunk would of never have been touched. Only reason he knew of any empty bottles in my trunk is because I forced him to put my parts in there 14 days after he had my car at his HOME, he towed them to his house in hks ford trunk when he did take my vehicle. Hes a joke and After all is said and done Please research John Raymond Petrovich J.r aka Skee. He is all around bad news and he is horrible mechanic...what does my medicine have to

 do with fixing my car? As he rebuttles more and more scratching his way, doing anything he can to save what he thinks is a reputation, for he advertises on craigslist and facebook. That was our mistake..Lesson learned. He will come back and our next post will definately confirm He is no good and will reap his wrong doings. The courts look at facts. Not excuses and wasting the judges time with nonsense and lies. My wife and I have a solid case and Contraditions in every form to dates, times, parts, etc. He has no case and I am eagerly waiting our next case. And you hear it here first, he will use his daughter again and again..We have nothing to hide. My wife and I have been taken advantage of and we arent the ones to be bullied, especially by a Crook, liar and swindler. His word is garbage like his service. 

     Hello again, I am John R Petrovich Jr. ( Owner ) P.P.E. Mobile Automotive. I just wanted to add a few photos to substantiate my defense of these allegations. The photos will show that the vehicle's engine was dismantled with great care, Inspected & the parts were indeed placed in the trunk of the vehicle for transport to the customer as they requested. The photos will show the work of a licensed professional. The customer also stated PPE Automotive kept the vehicle key. ( THIS IS FALSE ) Consider this, Every late model vehicle has a lockout for the shifter! The battery must be connected, key-on, and the brake pedal depressed to take the vehicle out of gear. The Tow truck driver had the key with the vehicle, he had to to load it. I also am including pictures from inside the vehicle. The vehicle was loaded with "Medical Cannibis" registered to the customer. ( THIS IS FACT ) I am putting together signed declarations from witnesses. One of the witnesses is in the law enforcement community and commented on the Hugh ammount of "Medical Cannibus in the vehicle. It is my own opinion however that the Cannibus might explain the loss of memory of events & the irrational behavior exhibited by the customer including these allegations reguarding a case that is not concluded in a court of law yet.

I would also like to add that this man John Petrovich jr. told the triple A tow truck driver, in which he made a statement saying John told him that I (Diaz) was the mobile mechanic and my vehicle was his and blew a head and was having it repaired. not only did he lie but caused fraud, because aaa towed my vehicle back to my house with all my parts in the trunk and there are only certain manners in which aaa is suppossd to tow a vehicle. Along with all said, my wife  and I are out for nothing but our car working and for John Petrovich jr. to own up to his actions.

I dont think anybody has prusued legal against him and he assumed we would buckle as well. Our estimate, loss of wages and the return of our money for not doing anything but dismantling and all of a sudden theres more work added up to $3200 with the estimate cost of a repair that would of been $850 , now cost $2500 because no other mechanic wanted to touch it being in its dismantled state.

The deposit was made for parts, thats what it was for...when we win again..please do not use this man...Or believe his sob stories of his daughter.. like I stated earlier also have a disease that limits me(Crohns disease),I was having major pain, fever, diahrrea and still attended being not at 100%,Its his job not his daughters and he stated in an email he knowingly knew of his appointment. He is not a single father and in his statements he says she was scheduled for maintenence...

Well, looks like an appt was made and he chose to blow it off and this is his only hope...the sick lil girl card...make sure you hear the one where he knows lorenzo lamas or how his dad was the crook and this and that..Along with recording of his rasism, rude foul mouthed attitude I have no respect for this man and am taking action and hope noone ever gets hustled, shammed, robbed or lied to again.He is also not registered with BBB and his license is diliauent...hmmm wonder why? 

     Hello, I am John R. Petrovich Jr. ( Owner ) P.P.E. Mobile Automotive. Some of the allegations alleged here are true. Yes we do have a company policy " Deposit Required " on any repair over $ 500.00 Yes we towed the vehicle to and from the customers home free of charge. Yes the engine was dismantled, inspected and the original parts placed in the vehicle per the owner of the vehicles instruction. Upon dismantling the engine hidden damages to internal componets not related to the head gasket repair were discovered.

The D**** Family declined to purchase or provide the replacements for the damaged items. I took it upon myself to locate replacements of the same like, kind and quality at a local Auto Salvage to accomodate the D****'s needs. The Auto salvage yard needed several days to remove the items from a donor vehicle. The D**** family refused to wait even after I explained I would purchase the needed Items at no expense to them for customer satisfaction. They demanded the vehicle the same evening. The vehicle was towed to their home at no expense to them.

I always photo document each vehicle during the repair process and have the documentation as evidence. I also e-mailed the D**** family and explained to them out of the $ 650.xx deposit I would be deducting 4hrs. @85.00hr = $ 340.xx and refund the remaining $ 310.00 back to them. ( I also have an e-mail with Mrs D**** asking me to itemize and refund the difference. )      This was unacceptable to the D**** family so they filed a small claims case for $ 2500.xx The original repair was only $ 850.00 IMHO the D**** family is looking for something for nothing.

     Yes I lost the case due to default ( I was unable to attend court ) I have a 5yr. old daughter Jonelle who Has Cystic Fibrosis, has had a liver transplant at UCLA on her one year birthday and 75 cm of her bowel removed. On 7/03/2012 she was scheduled for maintenence at Loma Linda University Hospital but developed breathing issues early a.m. I took her to receive medical assistance in lue of court. I rec' the notice of judgement today via the mail and have 30days to file a "Motion to Vacate Judgement"  This cancels the original judgement and allows PPE Automotive to get a new Small Claims Hearing where It can present evidence and defend it's reputation.

     I have been PPE Automotive & Marine since 1995 I have an outstanding record with the B.A.R. & the B.B.B I hope all who read these allegations can keep an open mind untill the next court date. The D**** family has jumped the start iff you will with celebration. This is far from over but I will continue to update this site and post relevent information as it is available. Good and bad. It is what it is, PPE Automotive Marine will continue to service all of Southern California Wholsale & Retail.
