I received an 'invoice' for 580.00 EUR in respect of a press release made by my company's SEO manager.
At first I was annoyed with my SEO manager for placing this expensive submission. But then I read the small print on the back of the 'invoice'.. it stated that this was an offer and that no payment terms applied, however the advertising contract would be completed if payment was made.
In other words I think that PR Fast Media is targeting finance staff who may unwitting process this very real-looking invoice and actually initiate the sale without any authorization from their purchasing managers.
580EUR for one press release is a rip-off!
There was no contact number on their website and their url details were kept private when I did a whois lookup.
