On 9/21/07, Preferred Readers Service charged my credit card $39.60 for 36 issues of Popular Science, but now as of March, 2008, Popular Science says my subscription has expired because they never received any payment from Preferred Readers Service. The phone has been disconnected for Preferred Readers Service and Phoenix telephone information has no number listed for them.
The Phoenix Attorney General's office wants me to file a report with them too.
I hope you can help.

I have the receipt from Preferred Readers Service with a handwritten authorization number on it dated 9/21/07.
