Premier Credit Premier Credit put a lien on my bank account and my daughter's account with no warning Indianapolis Indiana

In December of 2013, they put a lien on my account for $2k. I was unemployed (still am despite my best efforts) and the only income I have is child support. It took me til mid Januaray - I managed to make my ex pay $1k of the back support he owed me and Premier was supposed to send me statements for the rest. They never did.

Today, I go to the store, knowing I have about $100 for food because I got an email from my bank this morning. Nope, debit card declined. I come home login to find they have put $1,000 hold on my account as well as my 17 year old daughter's account. We've both been charged $100 in legal fees as well. Now my checks are bouncing. 

I immediately called the bank and they gave me the phone number for Premier. The woman on the phone told me to have the bank fax them the last three months of my bank statements, then call back.

I have been calling every 30 minutes for the last 5 hours. They won't answer. They won't return calls. They did this to me before. They won't call me back until tomorrow. Then they'll demand a down payment to get the hold removed. Which I don't have because they just wiped me out.

When I agree (again) to make payment arrangements, they'll take 2 days to get that accomplished and once again, all my outstanding checks will have bounced. We already barely survive. I have two childrne to feed - no groceries now no money. They don't care. 

I know I owe the debt. But they won't take small payments. They demand more than I have coming in. This is just inhumane. The last time they did this to me it cost me $650 in late fees, bounced check fees for both me and the people who I paid my bills to. I do not get unemployment AND the job market is terrible. Even with a college education.

Death really seems like the only way out at this point. I don't have $1,000. THey took all they money my poor child had saved. This isn't right but no one will ever do anything. They continue to do what they want with no reprocutions. Yep, a coffin sounds comfy right now.
