Premier Prestige Pools Vince Castiglia Silly Boy, Internet

I hired a pool guy for my new pool.  After taking care of my pool for a few months the pool guy told me he was going back to England.  I hired a new pool guy.  I come home to find a different pool guy sitting at my back table talking on the phone.  I asked him what he was doing on my property.  He told me he was my new pool guy and was taking over for the pool guy who went to England.  His name he said was Vince Castiglia with Premier Prestige Pools.  I figured I would give him a try as the other guy had not started.  

What a disaster.  My pool was green in 2 weeks.  He blamed the last guy and said he would clear it up.  He never could clear it up.  Then I noticed that I had white powder all over the bottom of my pool.  He told me another story about how the pool was not in balance.  He said he would fix it right away.  He never could fix it.  He wanted to now charge me extra to fix the problem he created.  I took the sample of water to 2 local suppliers.  They both told me that he was overloading the pool with the wrong chemicals and that no one should enter my pool as it was now a health risk.  

Vince took care of my pool for 3 months and it was never clean, blue or well maintained.  I spoke to the 2 suppliers about Vince and they said he is known to be a hustler that does not know what he is doing.  I didnt pay him additional money to fix my pool and I now have a great pool guy with a blue safe pool.  I paid him $300 for a nasty green pool and feel I was ripped off. I spoke to some of my friends who used him and they all got rid of him.  Watch out for this English con man in Orlando, Fl.
