I know this is going to be long but i need to get everything out.

Well i am an ex-employee of this company and everything this person before me has said is very true. I had came across this company through a website and decided to put my contact information in.Got called back and got an interview.I should of stopped there because the sh-t began.The hiring manager claude and the boss himself james were promising all kinds of dreams(oh i'll pay for your lunch,you're going to be paid 30 dollars an hour etc..) at orientation.I really should of stopped at the contract where it dictated that they take a f-cking 35% out of your check.F-cking 35 PERCENT?!.But i start work anyways(i was working only until i found something better.Fortunately i got fired after a month.) and come to find out there are many things wrong with this company.There were some very genuine people there that i worked with but the management is something else.

Claude(the hiring manager) is not helpful at all and he himself said he was in the drug game at one point.No wonder why i didn't like him to begin with.He had a aura about him that i knew i was not going to get along with him.

When we were dropped off at a certain spot(usually in new jersey and usually in rich or hispanic areas{some employees have said on occasion they love going into hispanic areas because the people there usually can't speak english so it's rather easy to dupe them into signing up to palmco which i think is absolutely disgusting considering these people are going to END up paying more on their electric and gas.Palmco makes you end up paying more for your electric and gas after 2 mths of their introductory rates btw}) to go do door to door, it comes to find out that they had in that spot many many of times before. The pay structure is where i had my biggest problem at.You have to wait three f-cking weeks to receive your first check and that first check only pertains to the amount of sign-ups you got the first week.Also they claim the 35% they take out of your check is your reserve account(if a customer were to cancel,the money will be taken out of that reserve account) and after 90 days you get the reserve money but i know a couple of people who have worked there for quite sometime and still have not received their reserve money.I also remember them not even giving their paychecks to their workers on time on some occasions as well.

In all, i sincerely warn anyone who happens to see their stupid jobs!jobs!jobs! thing outside 648 bay street, DO NOT ENTER! you're only going to be disappointed and you'll have a headache trying to get the money you have worked for.
