Everyone is sitting around complaining about this tooth whitening ripoff, but no one is saying what actions they may have taken about the problem. Over the weekend when I realized that an unknown charge to my debit card was from these people (it posted as Whitesmile), I notified the following:
PREMIUM WHITE, which would not give me an RMA to return the unused product, but at least cancelled future shipments.
MY BANK, which will reverse the charge and do a thorough investigation. Once we determine what bank is doing the charging/debiting, we can report the fraud to their bank.
MONIKER INTERNET SERVICES, Premium White's internet registrar (themselves shown on the internet to have many scam websites listed with them)
THE INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER
DENVER BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
COLORADO ATTORNEY GENERAL
FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL
VERIZON, my internet provider, where I had seen the misleading ad, and




THE UNITED STATES POSTAL INSPECTION SERVICE RE MAIL FRAUD.
IF you cannot get your money back, at least attempt to help other from also being defrauded.
