The Presidential Sales Broker-Mitch calls and contracts your delivery for a rate $475.00.
I questioned the policies several times - Mitch stated there were NO additional fees and the broker fee is included in the delivery rate.

Presidential then puts the delivery request on a transport website to contract a trucker. In my case the order sat out there for 3 days with no response.  Presidential told me the delay is due to a minor breakdown. In the meantime they repost the delivery and raise the rate to $550. When they find a trucker willing to deliver the car at a higher rate-
Al the dispatcher calls and tells you there is an additional fee for fuel which is stated in the contract. He also stated it is not part of the broker fee- The delivery contract that was $475  is now $720 (one way) the roundtrip delivery fee is $1440.00.

The driver Chris from LBS Trucking who picked up the order online from Presidential called me and told me never to deal with Presidential they are not transporters they are brokers. He told me he needed $550 COD and the $170 I paid to
Presidential was just a broker fee.

Presidential Movers are liars:BATE AND SWITCH SCAM Mitch misrepresented the contract and the company.
Al the dispatcher is the most unprofessional individual I ever encountered and lied to me about the reason for the delay and the delivery. John in accounting tried to save the deal ended the conversation by saying I owe the $340 to Presidential because it was not their fault that the car was not delivered. In the contract it states that they
can up the charge for fuel...the $700 increase for the delivery was for FUEL???

The SCAM is that they believe the customer will need the car so bad that they will just cave in and pay the additional charges. I am  filing a complaint with Dept of Transportation requesting them to revoke their license.

The brokers are just out there fishing for morons. They'll tell you you're making a 'deposit' when in fact it is their service fee they're collecting. The brokers will do nothing for you after they call a transport company. Chances are they will get a kickback from the transport company in addition to any fee thay sucker from you. Don't fall for it.

Contacting a broker is what got you where you are, everyone is trying to save a dollar and all they get is a big surprise. Why didn't you just contact a car carrier, which there are many right on the internet.

What most don't grasp,is yes they may get you a cheaper rate with a trucking company that needs a load to go somewhere, but the broker is going to want to get payed also. After all a broker has big expenses like a phone bill.I wouldn't worry about the trucker neither, after all he is only trying to pay for his high priced equipment, which is special needs equipment that makes it cost even more.

Using brokers is just adding people to the equation,it is not lowering the price of transportation.

A broker is nothing more than a used car saleman,if you can take the time to look for a broker you can take the time to get a quaility carrier and cut out the middle man.

I wish you nothing but the best and God Bless.
