I was looking for reports on the reputation of this company because I recently got a car loan with them.  Your comment especially caught my eye because i live near, and bought my car near, where you live.  (I bet there's a good chance we bought our cars at the same place.)   I am very curious to know what you had to do/if your problems got resolved with PFS repeatedly not getting your insurance coverage processed in their system???  And also if the harassing calls continued for the life of your loan time with them?
