Priceline Rules set in stone. No safe guards on their site , Internet

I'll start this off to say that I made a mistake. After registering to my account on Priceline, I booked hotels for the week and I accidentally booked 2 hotels for the same day. I used Priceline over 40 times in the past 2 years. I didn't realize my mistake until I went to the 2nd hotel of that week. They informed me that my date was for the previous day. The hotel said that I would need to talk to Priceline to get the date switched. After several annoying prompts from their voice recordings (Priceline is the worst to contact via phone), I finally get a representative. I was told that, since this reservation didn't allow refunds, he couldn't do anything. I asked for a supervisor and was told the same thing. I suggested that they install a safe guard where, if you put in a date that is the same as another hotel that is booked, it should have a pop up that you click to authorize. Afterall, I was under my registered account. I make a lot of reservations and this was the first time I put in a wrong date. I let the supervisor know that, for a $70.00 reservation, they were losing my business for life. I also have 8 reps that work for my company that will not be using Priceline. Their handling of customer's needs is poor. No big deal, I will used (((REDACTED))).com or one of the many other services out there.
