Beware of companies who promote money in their title or offering.  The purpose of our investigation is not to discourage you, but to empower you.  We send in an investigator to thoroughly work these businesses and record meetings, conference calls, take pictures and follow up on asset searches, criminal background checks etc.  The most common tactic used today is a blind ad promising either money or advancement. Understand that the common link in these scams is a lure to get you to call and then a vague response as to who they are or what they are really doing.  Once your in the interview or meeting they will use a common tactic and that is to dismiss one or several people in the interview in order to create a feeling of loss.  In a true selling profession talent is first and anyone can do the work.  In these types of scams they are not looking for talent they are looking for belief in leadership.  They cannot show you anything other than fear , all of these individuals mentioned in these postings have no real estate holdings and any expensive cars you may see or hear about are hold overs from when they came into some money and then it is evaporated through the abuse of narcotics or some other habit that is very expensive.  The leaders are also chasing a dream of another big fish up the chain.  In regards to Carl, he has a take over personality that allows him to manipulate quickly and make you feel important to be part of an inner circle.  Gangs commonly do this as well, they are predators looking for followers who believe first.  The objective of any one of these businesses is a mass hiring approach, keep a portion of your money through "reserves" and gain access to many sales on excitement, you will quit forget about the money and they will move on , its a "churn and burn" approach.  Beware of this , if your senses are telling you its not right, follow your senses.  More to come.

Charlene Campbell was with Carl Blust over at C4 Connections,  this is similar to a group of traveling gypsies, just roaming the countryside, town to town selling special medicine that leaves you with little money in pocket and a bunch of expenditures.  I have over 30 years in white collar business scams, this is simply a reconstructed pyramid based on rule or supervision by intimidation.  "I'll fire you" is commonly used among manipulative leaders in front of a group of people in order to keep someone in line and establish this bull dog authority figure.  For those uneducated to this employee handling tactic it is very sad. Studies and reports show that Charlene plays the role of good cop and Carl as the bad cop.  Other names that will possibly emerge in this racket will be a "Mike" Or Lisha "Le-Le" they are also hold overs from this C4 regime.  Beware, stay alert, you can also report this operation to Clark Howard he is a consumer and employment expert on scams of this nature.  Simply look at the contracting guidelines for any telecommunications marketing operation and they are very simple to start, put a woman on as a managing partner, buy your liability insurance and you simply set up as a retailer for the telco.  AT & T pays approximately $400 per subscriber to these "marketing" companies.  They will set up an office with quickie furniture, put some posters on the wall and they are off to the races. These operations are set up to break down and close up quickly if need be.  Look at the leadership if they are not locals , with local ties in town then you are probably walking into a scam operation.  If you need any other tips a website is being set up on this operations to educate people entering the workforce and will be distributed on college campuses and through local and state agencies to bring these operations into compliance.  The biggest scam is the 10-99 IRS form, mandating you come to a meeting or you will be fired triggers employee status based on IRS rules and subjects them to withholding failure and thus prosecution by the IRS.
