Beware all Artificial Turf Buyers
December, 2013 I called Progreen International and asked who their installer was for my County. The installer turned out to be an unlicensed contractor who installed the turf incorrectly and destroyed my beautiful arbor in the process.
The Regional General Manager, Andrew Mathis, called to discuss the matter with me. I sent him several pictures of the damage done to my property as well as informing him the turf was installed incorrectly and would not drain. He said he would get back to, yet never did so.
I am now stuck with incorrectly installed turf that will not drain, and has dips and bumps everywhere. This will affect my 8 year warranty since the turf will not last long.
Progreen did not offer to re-install the turf correctly, nor did they offer to pay for the expense of replacing the arbor which amounted to over $1000.00.
