I just wanted to find out if there were any further information on Derek.  I met him on a dating website a while back, and I've always had my suspicions about him.  

Sandy, stay clear of Derek. He ripped his entire family off.Derek didn't have the respect toshow up to his mother's funeral. He served time in California, Georgia, and Texas. He was born January 1, 1960. He attended Northside High School in Atlanta. He briefly attended Morgan State College in Maryland. He was adapted as a baby. His adapted parents names are Ann and Wade Kelly. He is a con and utilizes lawyers to scare people that bring complaint against him. He has several children that he is not taking care of. Search under Derek Kelly and you will find a host of information. I believe he grew up on Fielding Lane in Atlanta. His mother family lives in Jenkinsburg, GA. Their sir name is Wilkes. They have very little dealings with him. But they will tell you want you want to know about him.

A friend of mine is actually talking to this guy, she showed me his profile on some website.

 I saw that you stated his business was all on the up and up, but you did not retract any of the information regarding his age, his fiance, his line of women, his federal record.  Is that stuff true?  Do I need to get my friend to stop talking to this guy?

I was suppose to get 7K yesterday. Maverick has set 7 deadlines himself and only met 1. In my opinion this is not sound business practice. If you tell someone that they are going to be paid then set the timeline for the payments yourself the least you should do is meet the deadlines... I am wondering if Maverick has any intentions of finishing the payment process or if he is just going to leave me hanging. I can not get an answer from him or his attorney. Not even a phone call. My next post will contain all of the communication between myself and his attorney because I feel the public has a right to know and be warned.

Updating the status of the repayment of money.... Lets see there were several due dates set in place.... but, I have only gotten 3K out of the remaining 10K that I am owed. I have been informed by Mavericks attorney that the remaining 7K will be repayed by the 24th of August. I hope that he is going to keep his word and show that he is a sound businessman. I will update again at that time.

The deadline for the repayment of my money has come and gone...I got 4K back and was told that I would get the other 10K by July 30th at the close of business. That never happened. Now even his attorney will not return my phone calls. It makes me wonder what is REALLY going on... I am not just going to walk away from 10K. It would be a great birthday present to get my money back. I am hoping Maverick keeps his word and repays the money he and his attorney say he is going to repay. I will continue to update the FACTS as they happen!!!

This is Wiser the author of the report for Maverick Marcelis. As to my knowledge his business affairs are completely legitimate. It has come to my attention that the information I based my report on was unfounded. Maverick has contacted me and informed me that he has had every intention of repaying the money he owes me, the entire 14K, that he just needed more time.  He is stepping up and and showing he is a man of his word. And in doing this has shown his true character as a man and business person. I wish him nothing but happiness in his future relationships and business ventures. He has a great vision for the cars he loves and dedication to his work. I am retracting any and all derogatory statements made with regards to Maverick. As I said they were made without me having all the facts. I apologize for the misunderstanding and rush to judgement.
