Debbie Primack is a mean unethical realtor,do not buy or rent from this abusive crazy,lying,mean unethical women and her assistant!she will Bully you lie to scream at you swear at you whatever it takes for her to get a sale!Prudential should be ashamed of themselves for allowing someone of this unstable nature to abuse there client and potential realistate hm buyer,My realtor told me to contact her about a listing,I never rented a house before so I wanted it to be just right,at first she was nice but then red flags went up when she told me I don't hv to talk to my realtor only her!next she told me to come in with $50 that I was approved that I had great credit,I was very nervous and excited and ran into her office,I really wanted her to like me!next she sized me up and down it made me uncomfortable so I started a conver. About her dogs she soften for about 2 min and then she rudely dismissed me In front of her young assistant!i felt uncomfortable and left!later on the 4th of feb at night she called and demanded money for the property,I would hv given her the money when I was there she never asked!we made an appointment to meet,Feb 6 at 11:30,she told me I'm getting a lot of calls so you better do what I say and BRING ME THE MONEY!a whole month not 100 depo! I said no problem all I asked her was will a micro be installed its on the Mls that it has one! She said in a mean voice she would ask,feb5 she puts her young assist. Up to calling at 6pm I'm out to dinner with client and has the girl threatening me we aren't holding this house it's still on the mas bring your money now,I said I thought I was going to do all that on feb6 she screamed now!Debbie grabbed the phone was trying to intimidate me and screamed and swore at me and said bring in the money you make me sick I'll rent this hm to someone else! And before I could respond and say I thought we were going to do that the next day,She Hung up on me! I thought this can't be happening how rude,I told my realtor she called and complained that Debbie Primack of Henderson nv prudential is being rude to her client!Debbie immediately shot me a text NOW IM NOT Renting to you at all ! Then she called me up after I called her broker,at prudential he acted like he cared he said he would talk to her instead it seems this women is allowed to walk all over everyone and anyone!his toneallity changed when I called him bk,he said well she is the property manager so she can do what she wants! Not True it's an ethics violation she approved me first made an appointment to do docs and kept bullying me so I wouldn't rent from her when this didn't work she called again lying screaming yelling,who does this in realistate?So UNPROFESSIONAL! Renters and buyers beware of this evil Lying Coniving Women don't trust her she will abuse you if she wants lie to you screw you and get away with it for now! Beware of DEBBIE PRIMACK OF Prudential in Henderson las Vegas! She rented to the other older couple total discrimination!after she said I was approved first! Beware.....And totally screwed me out of a home when I could of gotten a diff one!
