PurCo Fleet Services PurCo Fleet Services comes through , Internet

I  have responded to this site before with a complaint regarding PurCo Fleet Services, Spanish Fork, UT. Since then, I had to reluctantly rent another vehicle from the Bozeman Airport, and yes once again encountered a problem. I had to return this one with a small nick in the windshield. I turned it over to my credit card insurance which I assumed it would cover, but sadly mistaken. A few weeks later I received a letter from PurCo requesting the cost of a windshield. I complained about requesting the cost of a complete windshield due to it being just a nick. One of those Safelite things you know. After a number of emails, some heated, found a claims specialist who was willing to address my issues, and responded in a way that helped resolve my concerns before it became a problem for my credit. Be assured if you have a problem with PurCo Fleet Services, you do have
people there that are willing to help.
