PURE ENERGY PRODUCTS They charged to my credit card $149.95 I have informed my credit card about this and the charge was send back, but today I received a letter from "Recovery & Collection " P.O Box 840 with a attempt of collecting from me $276.75 The most interesting fact is that I never received this order from them I was out of the Country at that time and the package went back to them I don't owe them anythin Moon Twp Pennsylvania

This has been going on since November of 2006.
I received an offer of a free 15 day trial of this particular diet pills. I just needed to pay $4.95 for shipping only, no additional information of autoship was sent to me with that "FREE trial" just one bottle with the 15 capsules, no Invoice or information about the product. I also claim that this particular product should not be sold without prescription because of severe side effects. I report that I had bad experience with this company and with this product(trial pak) I was sick due to the side efects.

When they shipped the order I was out of the Country, and the post office returned to them. Until my next statment came I did not know about the delivery, that had been returned. or the charge of $149.95 for pure energy products. I called them several times no answer just automatic voice they never return my calls.

I sent an inquire to my credit card company and after 3 attempts they cancelled the charge from pure energy products.

Today August 18 2006, I received a letter from Recovery & Collection P.O Box 840 Moon Twp,. PA 15108.
This agency is trying to collect from me the amount of $276.75. I called them imediatelly, but they are out f the office. The letter tells to call them ASAP anytime 1-866-400-8682.

I trully don't know how to act in this case I am sure that I don't owe them anything.
