Quality Media Scam, Ripoff, Liars, Cheats, Thieves, Fake, Untrustworthy Sherman Oaks California

This place is the biggest scam! They say they will help get your social media and Yelp up to speed but have no actual social media experts working on your account like they claim. They are constanlty double and triple billing and have no skill set to do as they say! They are 100% a complete rippoff and should be shut down. They claim they can take bad Yelp reviews off of your page which if you know your Yelp, you would already see that it's an impossible promise, Yelp are the only ones that can do that!

They charge and even overcharge you, a riducilous amount of money to do what you could do yourself - Contact Yekp and submit the review for removal... That's it! When it comes to social media, they have NO skilled employess but just people who sit and write cheap, awful content (which usually doens't even make sense withyour brand) and then they just recycle the same stuff month after month! They are only consernec with numbers which is why they have a horrible service!

They would rather make promises they can't fulfill, take your money and do nothing to improve your page! Stay away from them, do your homework and check out the Facebook and Yelp pages below, it's obvious they have no idea what they're doing. After you get the head of the team on the phone (I think her name is Linda) you hang up feeling even more confused then when you called! If she is the person running this "Social Media" company, it's no wonder they are AWFUL at their job!

She was completely unprofessional AND uneducated on anythign I was asking, including stuff on Facebook posts! How can you be so iliterate on services you offer and manage as a company!? Any good review (and there aren't many at all) you will read on this company were written by their own employees! Check their names out and call in to ask for them! How can you manage and improve other peoples social media and Yelp accounts when your own looks like this! Stay away from this SCAM!
