Quiznos Ripoff Deceptive trade practices scams and price gouging of franchisees Denver Colorado

For anyone even remotely consdiering a new Quiznos franchise...DON"T. This company makes their own rules, once they sucker you in. You will deal with inflated prices from mandated vendors, no support whatsoever, lack of advertising or any control over the advertising (although you will pay royalties for it). Price gouging in establsihing your business, kickbacks to the fanchssor for virtually every facet of your operations, and coupons galore that decrease the real money you take in.

Once you face bankruptcy and must close your store, the corporation will follow up by sending you threatening letters telling you they are going to come after you fr rroyalites owed to them for "future sales". All this, and their egregious, one-sided contract /UFOC potentailly gives them the right to do. The people buying Quiznos are not doing their homework. Unless you are looking for misery for the rest of your life, saty away from these folks.
