R-N-D Home Improvements - Rngng Home Builders -Randy Williams WARNING! BEWARE! DO NOT USE! BAD COMMUNICATION BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (Job Paid in Full - NOT FINISHED) Glendale Arizona
*Author of original report: Project finished with acceptable quality
WARNING! BEWARE! DO NOT USE R-N-D Home Improvements, LLC! See www.BBB.com BAD COMMUNICATION and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (job not finished and wont return phone calls or messages). Grandma PRE-PAID big bucks for window coverings and has NOT received them! Randy won't refund the money! Randy is a fast talker and will try to make you think you are getting a deal (charged extra for corners of wrap around awning)! He'll promise you the world, but won't put it in writing and won't deliver! Won't document the details and screw you on it! They sub-contract out the work to small non service magic company for MUCH less and keep the difference!

Project finished with acceptable quality
AUTHOR: Dave - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, October 15, 2008
After 4 months, filing court papers and many different people showing up to finish the same job, they have finally finished the project with acceptable quality. Randy even promises to pay grandma back for the $38 for court filing fees.
