My son went here to inquire about purchasing his first car.  He was pressured to leave a deposit.  He is a pizza deliver person.  He left them $490..all the money  he had.  He was promised it would be returned if financing did not come together.  He did not get financing.

He faxed over reciept and was promised his money would be returned by the manager Walter and bookkeeper Amanda.  When check did not come called back but the owner Sue said she is keeping the money. What kind of business needs to lie and steal from a kid trying to buy his first car.  The owner is the scum bag here.

Her employees tried to honor their agreement but she refused to sign the check and said we are delusional to think we are getting this money back.  Pretty hard up to keep $490 from a kid.  My attorney is working on this.  I happen to be a licensed loan officer and know what she is doing is illegal.  There are so many places to buy a car.  Stay away from this scum bag place.  My son is learning the hard way there are some seriously discusting people out there.  Beware!!

Nice twist of facts "Sue"...the only amicable solution would be that you pay the lawyer I had to hire to get my sons money back.

The truth...

AUTHOR: Sue - ()

POSTED: Saturday, August 03, 2013

The truth is your son came in December seeking a purchase a vehicle. He changed his mind and switched to a different vehicle. We were able to procure financing for him though it took considerable effort. He continued to contact us saying he would be in to pick up the car etc. Then you contacted me in May. I told you I thought it strange that it would take someone five months to ask for their deposit back and that I would look into the matter to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding. You expected me to drop what I was doing and instantly do so and I informed you I would get back to you the next day. The next day I offered to return your deposit less the cleaning fee we incurred in readying your son's car for delivery. You told me he was just a kid and that he delivered pizza and that wasn't acceptable and that you had had this problem with other car dealerships he had visited not just here and that he was entitled to his entire deposit irregardless of the expenses we incurred in good faith trying to complete the transaction. Now I'm not one to argue over a small sum of money and in retrospect I shouldn't have stooped to your level. You have been refunded in full. I advised you on the phone to seek professional counseling as you were screaming and acting irrationally and you took great offense to this. I have multiple emails from your son saying he doesn't pay his taxes on his tips and other fraudulent activities. I don't usually do "scumbag" things like report such matters to the IRS but given your false attack on my character and my business I will proceed with that route. People like you cause problems for yourselves and then blame everyone else. You said in your google review you'd like to meet me so I encourage you to come to the dealership and do so instead of hiding behind a computer screen. You will find me very reasonable and maybe there is some amicable resolution we can work out beside you slandering my business. Kind Regards, Sue
