Titus Enterprises Maggots in Trail Mix Fresno, California

I received a letter from attorneys for Titus threatening to sue me for having authored this rip off report and demanding that I remove it.  Obviously these guys haven't done their homework.  The funny letter states that the report is willfully false, malicious, etc., etc but never explains what is false about it.  As the sole example of what is willfully false about my report, it mentions that Titus is just the distributor but not the manufacturer of the maggot infested food.  But that fact is exactly what is disclosed in my report.  This jack-a*s attorney is threatening to sue me because I got it right?  How pathetic!  All attorneys in California are bound by statute and ethics only to puruse meritorious claims supported by actual law or facts.  It appears no care whatsoever has been taken before sending out this outrageous threat.  What was his point anyways?  That Titus only sells maggot infested food and doesn't manufacture it?  California law does not distinguish and expects that all those who manufacture or distribute food on ly do so with respect to food that is not maggot infested.

The worst part of his letter was where the lawyer claimed he had a copyright in his letter and would sue me for additional things if I posted his letter.  This unethical practice is designed to intimidate people who don't have laywers from engaging in First Amendement protected free speech.  Should this idiot attorney make good on his threat, he will learn a few things about how the law works as California law has a remedy for use against those that seek to wrongly use litigation as a means of inhibiting people from public participation.  Our next post will have this idiot's entire letter, the lawsuit being filed against Titus to encourage them to not distribute maggot infested food and proof of the allegations in the lawsuit (the maggot infested trail mix distributed by Titus).
