I lose electivity and have to hear how late it is and that they have to get home. After the job is complete they leave without telling me, leave all the lights on and split. Twenty minutes later while cleaning up the mess in the basement that they created the panel started to vibrate and rattle. Needless to say they do not respond to numerous emergency calls. I have to call an on-call Electrical Emergency technician to once again repair a faulty breaker they installed without testing. Do not use this company--you are better off without electric.

The owner from Rainbow electric came to my house personally and explained why fuse was put in wrong. He addressed my concerns, corrected the job, and refunded my money for the aggravation.
Complaint withdrawn and thank God for "Ripoff Report", if you use this company in the future ask for Kim.Office Manager with brain.
