Ralph E. Beyer Animal Neglect Black Creek, Wisconsin
*General Comment: Hoarding & neglect
Please Do Not give this man your unwanted horses or donkeys! He makes himself out to be a "rescuer" but believe me he is not! His animals live in misery, are malnourished, without water for long periods of time, stallions are tied with short chains or ropes or in small stalls. No worming, no farier or medical care! Yet he breeds them to sell! Wisconsin needs tougher laws to protect animals! Please, Do Not Buy from him either. It will only encourage him to breed more. Contact me if you are interested in rescue!

Hoarding & neglect

We came into this barn after you posted your comment. Yep, we were stupid and paid him for HIS stupidity allowing him to continue, however, we did get all but one horse out. The one left is in dire need of veterinary care but he told us when we offered lowball offers that meat prices were high right now. He wants $10,000 for this yearling left on property. We all need to pull together and stop this person. I'm told he has a big name in the area and thats why police basically did nothing. Letting a horse out of its stall once or twice a day for water in this heat we've had is not enough. Sawing a donkeys hooves past the blood line and causing it to be so lame it can't stand is not acceptable. Breeding and rebreeding to form a dwarf foal is not acceptable and the list goes on......
