These guys kept me on the phone for about 40 minutes passing me from one person to the other. They tried to make it sound like they were in a big building but to me it seemed that there were only a few people in a small room and they were all listening to the call.

I received a pamphlet in the mail stating I won a FREE trip and cruise, so I called the number and got a whole lot of running around. To me they sounded like car salesmens, and the man who was giving me all the information at first had a thick accent and I was unable to make out what he was saying a lot of the time.

Then out of the blue his supersvisor comes on and throws in some express passes because I was from Canada. I thought it seemed kind of shady then they say you get all this for only 698 dollars, I was like well wait I don't want to pay for any of this yet. They said no no we just want your credit card number to hold you spot, I gave it to them knowing I didn't have that amount.

Not even 30 seconds later the so called boss gets back olnine and says are you aware you don't have that amount on your card, to which I replied yes i am aware. He then asks how much do you have on there...i simply said not much.

They then try to work out a payment plan where 66 dollars would come off my credit card every month for twelve months and they needed my consent. I said wait hold on a minute this is a little fast and I would like to see some of this in writing before i make a decision, they said this was not possible that I had to decide now. then a girl who was supposdly from
registration/verification jumps on the line to tell John that there were other people on the line waiting. Waiting to get scammed I should have said.

During our conversation I ask for their webiste address but he pretends to not hear me so i ask again. He then give me regalregistration.com but when i go there i am not able to log in because my code does not work. Luckily i have a computer online right there and decide to search this ramada plaza inn resorts and find nothing but complaints from other consumers.I then tell the man I don't think I'm going to be able to purchase this FREE vacation and he promptly hangs up on my face.

Ramada Plaza Resort (Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations)

AUTHOR: Nicole - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 05, 2008

I Went through the same phone call you did and went to the on-line site and had the same problems so I called the company back. I told them that I did not read anything on the certificate sent to me that I would have to pay for the Cruise (except port charges and government taxes). The gentleman explained to me that the Cruise is free. They just add the Ft. Lauderdale & Orlando, FL part of the vacation to make it full vacation package.
The Company is paying 55% of the rest of package, for my information about it and to tell my friends and family. They would even let me pay $66.00 now and the rest over 18 months and I could still travel at any time even if I did not have it paid off yet.
If I just wanted the cruse it would be free and I could go to the on-line site and enter the password "free cruise". I tried it and it did work. I think this company is trying to get their name out and what services they can provide by offering the free Cruise but, the addition of the extended packages is not being made clear over the phone.
If you signed up for the package already I think you will have a great time. If I could afford it I would be joining you but, I am unable to.

I Hope this helps!
