realty one group is at it still: Have you ever been in any of there offices and noticed all the cameras? Why does a real estate office need so many cameras? What is Kuba and his pansy, side-kick Dave Tina Sr. so worried about?
Did you know they check your personal e-mail all the time? They don't tell you that. It is not in the agents contracts, but I have become good friends with the support staff, and they told me not to use the internet in the office. They told me kuba and senior are always looking. What are these guys so worried about? the competition
D.T. Sr., is a total joke of a man -- if we can really even call him that. Man-up? kuba never shows his face. Rumor has it the company is for sale, but no one will buy it and he wil once again reaise fees to make the company more attractive to a buyer. realty one grous is at it still.

I have been working for Realty One Group for about 6 months now and not once has anyone come to me and warned me about the things stated here. I worked for a competitor previous to becoming part of Realty One Group, and I was never asked any questions about my previous job. Mr. Jewgieniew is a great boss and anyone gets an opportunity to work for him should take it. Use the skills Kuba admires about you and the company and you will benefit greatly.

The original report is true! Kuba's business model is to recruit people from his competition and then fire them within a few weeks. This happened to me, and if I was an isolated case I would not post on here. But the moment I started at this company I had staff approach me with a warning that he hires people, tries to get them to divulge information about their previous company and then when they don't comply or he gets what he wants, he fires them. Kuba is a very sad and devious man.

Cameras are standard security procedure for every office. its for the safety and quality purposes only. they do not check your personal e-mail, at all! Kuba has many offices they he visits periodicity. the company is one of the fastest growing in the tri-state area, why would the company be for sale?
