Realty trade is a business that advertises your timeshare for sale, and will sell it for you within 3 to 6 months or your investment of $895.00 for their advertising fee will be refunded. That is the speel they tell you on the phone, however when you get the contract for find they do not sell, they only offer you an interested investor by e-mail, the sale and contract is up to you. They will not answer phone calls, or e-mails. Occassionally if you harasse them continually they will send a message telling you they had x-amount of interest in your property.

After receiving no interested parties after 6 months, I wrote a letter requesting my investment returned since that was their promise. I phoned, emailed, wrote letters and could get no response. This was all within the 10 days of the end of the contract as requested. Still no response except a call on my answering machine asking if I would continue the contract for another 6 months.
There are many seniors out there that have outlived the usefulness of their timeshares and are not able to use them. But, that is not excuse for this company to misrepresent themselves and give false hope of money to those who are living on a fixed income. Something must be done about this company.

100% Client Satisfaction

AUTHOR: RT Escalated Claims - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 08, 2009
We strive for 100% client satisfaction.  If you are not 100% satisfied, please email <<urgent@realtytrade.com%3E> to speak with a dedicated customer service representative.  All complaints will be handled professionally and quickly.  By filing reports with this site and other similar sites, as well as the Attorney General, it minimizes the chances that you will receive 100% of your money back, due to the use of additional resources to settle a claim.

The details of our refund policy are outlined in the Realty Trade Marketing and Advertising agreement, that we have our clients sign. It is NOT a guarantee to SELL the property, but rather a guarantee to generate offers and interest on your property. There are instances and circumstances that occur in which we are unable to generate an offer for a property due to market saturation or presenting a property that does not create interest on our network.  If this happens with your property, please contact us at this email address: <<urgent@realtytrade.com%3E> and we will address your concerns properly and issue a refund according to the terms and conditions of the marketing agreement.

With over 18,000 clients, there are occasional issues that may arise, as with any large organization, but we do everything within our power to satisfy all clients.

Again, please email <<urgent@realtytrade.com%3E> with your grievance and addressed professionally and quickly.

Thank you for your cooperation.
