Rebecca Anderson and Dave Anderson Defamation of Character , Harrassment, False Accusations San Tan Valley, Arizona

My husband and I had a garage sale on July 23 at 6am. Not too long after a little chihuahua showed up licking my husband's leg. It had no collar or anything on it. I took it inside my house thinking someone would be looking for it. I even put up a sign stating a dog was found. Not one person called or asked about this dog. I have two dogs of my own and one of them was trying to go after this itty bitty dog. It was about 5pm and I couldn't deal with the stress so this other lady took the dog and I told her it wasn't mine.

She said she would try and find the owner. She took the dog to petsmart to see if it had a mirochip and it didn't. She then posted two ads for a found dog in San Tan Valley one in pets and another in lost and found on craigslist. At 9pm the neighbors came down looking for their dog and we told them we gave it to someone else to find the owner. They flipped out. They didn't look for this dog all day untill 9pm. That doesn't make sense. They were sreaming at me and everything. They still never bothered to look for a couple days but instead they decided to keep calling the police on me and my husband. 

    Their story changed every time. They tried every which way to get my husband and I into trouble with the law even getting our personal information and falsley accusing us of different things. A week later they finally decided to post a craigslist ad stating that we stole their dog which is not the case. The lady that had the dog never received a call the whole week about the dog and since it was peeing all over her carpets she gave it to someone else. 

    The Anderson's hit the rook and continued to harrass me and my husband everyday. They post ads on craigs list with my name and my husbands name stating we knew it was their dog and stole it. We did not know it was their dog. Just because you live on the same street doesn't mean I know everything everyone owns especially animals. I have never been in their house ever. 

    The Andersons had two chances to get their dog back. The people who ended up with the dog wanted proof that it was their dog and the Anderson's don't have any but yet they say they do but will not give up the information as the dog didn't have any information. Also, the people who have the dog spent over 300 dollars on it to spay it, shots, and microchip. They felt bad that the Anderson's keep harrassing everyone so they stated if they give them the money they spent on the dog they would give it back. Well the Anderson's said NO! If they loved this dog they would have gotten it back.

    Instead of getting the dog back they would rather harrass me and my family and falsley accuse us of anything and everything they can think of. Their story changes everyday to we didn't know the dog was gone because we were washing it and then went to ned and slept all day to they were gone all day. Well, how can five people who live in one house sleep from 6am to 9pm? This situation is out of control and they will not stop. We moved away from them due to this harrassment. They are liars and they have no morals in making things up that can utlimately destroy someone's livelihood and they have no remorse.
