Let's get straight to the point.

The company is an absolute waste of time.

The past reports were 100% correct.

Basically, this is a nightmare if you just graduated or about to graduate from school and you're looking for an honest job.

You send out your resume to numerous companies and this one swoops in with fancy Junior/ Senior titles (AKA Door to Door Sales)

You arrive in full business attire ready to tackle the interview, yet you find several other applicants.

You interview one-on-one with Deric and he explains that this is a rare opportunity (death trap) and he only has a few slots open. After about a minute of BSing around he says "alright, you got the job."

This is where the real nightmare begins.

You come in the next day bright and early only to find out that the secret backdoor at the end of the hall is just an empty room...

Oh and surprise, the people you sat next to before the interview are there as well...

You enter the room to find out that you'll be playing games, yes i said it, games for the beginning half of the day. For the remaining time, you'll be taught a strict script to follow when you go on your epic journey of door-to-door sales.

Afterwards, Deric will have you shadow one of his upper minions and they'll teach you how to "make money."

Here comes the "fun part." You drive off to local neighborhoods and go door to door selling products/ services that either people already have, hate, or have absolutly no interest.

After a day of doors slamming in your face or visiting empty houses, you return back to HQ. Mind you this is at 8:00 or 9:00pm at night.

Deric basically makes the people that made sales go around in a circle and high five each other.

Afterwards you'll come back the next day ready to waste your own money on food, gas, time, and self-respect.

Additional duties; working on the weekend until you make a sale

Do yourself a favor and do not stop at this pit stop.
Joining this company would be a crime to yourself and the general public.

I saw what went on for a week and put my resume back in the market and landed a great job. Just takes time, don't settle for BS.
