This company and its representative sold a red excerciser machine for 14.95. Company then tries to bill you another 130.00 after you receive equipment.
We called our CC company and they were able to get one of the 33.33 payments back for us because they couldn't prove the purchase because in the phone recorded conversations, it was clear that we only knew of the 14.95 charge.
They will not let you leave messages on the 800 number because the mailbox is full. now they want to send us in collections and hurt our credit report.
They have hundreds of complaints at the BBB- keep clear of this company. They are also selling many other products like..
Vitamins & Food Supplements
Dry Goods-Retail
Layouts-Office, Factory, Etc
This company is not a BBB member
Additional Business Names:
Genesis
Genesis Brands
HairMade by Genesis
Je Matadi Dress Co/Genesis Brands
Nano Vacke
Priciple owner - Susan Spratley, Dir of Customer Relations, is very rude and has lied in complaints to the Better Business Bureau. Please take our advice. They are complete liars and have no integrity.

This is wack!!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. No one in their right mind would think this was only $14.95. They advertise $14.95 for a 30-day no risk trial, not 14.95 to buy it. It's sad that someone can try to ruin the reputation of a good company because they are in collections.

The advertisment did not state any extra money for purchase. At the time of purchase, this was discussed with the sales rep. Pearl Fernandez--ID#073. During this taped conversation, Pearl specifically understood that we saw this product offered for 14.95 and free shipping. We stated that if this product came with any other charges or future charges we would not want it. Rep agreed and proceeded to take the sale for 14.95.
Dont be fooled with this previous "Common Sense" rebuttle posted from "Washington". Their advertisment that we saw is deceptive and does not provide the full details. To resolve issue they promised to call us with the actual phone recording with Pearl. How ironic that they did not produce this taped conversation as they had promised.
And by the way, this piece of "cheap metal" equipment is not even worth $14.95 as initially offered.

the 14.95 was for shipping

Go to their web sight. it clearly sys that the 14.95 is for shipping. yhou get a 30 day trial and then if you do not send it back, they bill you. Use some common sense. Why would you think that ANY exercise machine is only 14.95. I think MOST of the people whinning on here about some company or other taking monsey from their account it is becasue they DO NOT read every thing on the sight or LISTEN to the person on the phone. ASK questions, DO some research first and use COMMON SENSE.
