As you very well know, your "clients" had us file lien waivers for each and every draw and you and other "inspectors" authorized those draws. 

We havent worked with you in over 6 years or more, if your clients were serious about being owed $20K they would have filed suit and or notified me... none of which have happened. 

I would be careful of Liable accusations that your making--- and what 2 clients--- one was an investment company out of chicago and the other was for your homeowner in Bellwood area which the city signed off on all repairs.... so again were is this $20K that I supposedly walked away with.... and what property was it...... 

Adam did rehab work for one of my cleints and walked off with the money.  they second one he took 20 grand to rehab a property and now refuses to contact investor, split funds or make payments.

All of the crap that Adam Fiala wrote in his diatribe above is either a flat out lie, factually inaccurate or only contains a small portion of truth.  

First of all Adam.... I never even knew about this site until you threatened me about the post that you think I made here. Secondly... if you look at the date of the original post, it's Nov 2012.   I first met you in Sept 2016. Do you still think I'm the original author?  And thirdly.... for you to say that I stiff people..... well that's just plain slander.  Not only is that a flat out lie, but like you said.... Next... if anyone else has a story about Adam Fiala and/or any of the businesses that he has used in the past 15 years or so, A&E, Rehab Properties, Trademark... or any of another dozen or so company names, I'd be VERY interested in hearing about it.   Please email me directly   

Mr Paul Gentry--- you signed the contract, paid the change orders and the addendum for all the work that was completed on your house flip you even completed a punch list of the property after almost 3 months of work, only when we said we would not complete the additional items for free and we asked for half of the remaining money before we completed the punch because you consistently have stated you were not going to pay us over the last few months, you cant after 3 months of construction, being informed of additional changes and costs, receiving and sending over 300 emails during the course of the project and only when the project is done say----- wait I never approved this even though i paid 75% of the change orders--- give me my money back now----- you got a $35k renovation done for $21-22k paid to date---- i think that is a hell of a deal and anyone reading this or is told the true facts will agree---....... you can not go to a seminar and learn house flipping.... you wanted a $40k renovation done for $7500 you were told from the beginning that, it was not possible, you were not a 501c3 company, you singed the contract with the specific scope of work. .... Never once did you say to stop as the change orders and additional funds were needed and you were there every day and WE EVEN PAID YOU TO WORK ON YOUR OWN PROPERTY.  Your property is night and day and everyhone has stated it, the pictures prove it.... you are trying to scam a contractor out of money, just like you scammed the two renters out of their deposits because you had a shitty contractor do the work the first time, the same contractor that took $50k plus from you but you never reported it because you werre money laundering off your IRA, you have committed insurance fraud, you have committed fraud iin regards to keeping your tenants security deposit when the damaged was indirectly caused by your self and your contractor, you are committing fraud by having services performed on your property and your refusal to pay. You claim to have no money but you clearly take trips all around the world.... your day of reckoning will becoming between you and your maker.......
