Remington Financial FRAUD! Brad Sweet, Remington Financial DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY! Scottsdale, Arizona

We contacted Brad Sweet at Remington Financial regarding our interest in having them finance the purchase of a Comfort Suites property located in Grand Rapids, MI. They supposedly looked at all the documents and then sent us a Letter of Interest with date of closing and interest rate and other terms.

Brad asked us for $6,000 to get the loan started. We wired Remington Financial the money and then he contacted us and said they were doing due dillegence and was sure he could get us the loan. After that phase, he asked for another $6,000 to get it in front of investors, the next phase, he said. So we wired him another $6,000 and that is when we never heard from him again.

Whenever we call to check on the loan, he is not available and some lady keeps telling us, "I e-mailed you with questions, didn't you get the e-mail." "I must have the wrong e-mail address." This is all we have heard from them. Brad is nowhere to be found. He is a scam artist. Very good at lying and stealing.

Remington Financial isa fraudulent companyand we are going to Arizona to file whatever we can to get the money back.
