approx. march 2006 i requested cancellation of my account with renovation experts, due to lack of services, i was told early cancellation fees applied even though service aggreements to me were not fullfilled by renovation experts. payments deducted from my credit card against my demands.

approx. 1 year later they contacted me again , saying i did not complete cancellation procedures and still owed them monthly fee,s heading for collections, i received no reply to my disbutes as of 8-15-2007
