Throughout 2013 we received in $1,000 and $500 installments $7,500 still owing us $1,450. We were promised payment October 10,2013 but the money again was not delivered. Initially we contacted Bank of America, Fraud Department. We were waiting and waiting for them to file a Credit Card claim with Bankcomer. When we had our fill, they told us, oh well, even if Bankcomer were to receive the request to reverse the charges, they will come right back with a claim of their own. So, what is the use of even filing our claim. We dropped Bank of America. We worked for the company for over 25 years and retired in 1998. What company has it turned into. Not any different than JPMorgen with their mortgage fraud.

We attended a La Jolla timeshare presentation friday april 26 2013. Alfredo offered to buy all of our 4 timeshares and guaranteed we'd receive $122,000 within 30 days. That's more than we paid for them! Of course we had to buy a timeshare at his ugly little property. That, and promises of no maintenance fees, airfare with points, etc had us thinking WOW. It was all very convincing and believable but TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. That night, back at our hotel, we researched online and found lots of complaints. We called our credit card company and told them we had been scammed! They listed it as stolen/lost and did not forward payment to Lajolla! Whew!! Close call.
