This is a small company in Florida that calls innocent people through out the country with a bogus sales pitch.  First they call to see if you want to sell property that is in your name, if you say "maybe". you get another call from Kimberly Feldman who gives a strong sales pitch on what your property is worth and there are many buyers looking in that particuliar area.
She offers to work with you with sending a contract on email and you give her credit card information for a $600. fee.
Keep in mind there is no buyer to jump in to buy your property. but there "could" be. what a total rip off.  We did not fall for the scam with our vacant property we bought several years ago. it is a scam to get your money with zero results from Land Transfer, Inc. ( AKA: Resort Transfer, Inc.)
Who ever heard of paying upfront for a fee when there is not buyer. one only pays anything to anybody after property is sold?
Remember: NEVER EVER Send Money in Advance!!!
Note:  Resorts Transfer, Inc. and Land Transfer, Inc. are owned by the same people in Florida, please beware and not taken in.

Being ripped off

AUTHOR: elton - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 25, 2014

I am a victim.  I lost $1,000.  I was told that transfer my land found many buyers for my lands in Florida.  They gave me a six month contract thinking that the lands would be sold within 3 months.  As stupid, as I was , I borrowed the $1,000 I didn't have.  I had some doubt about it but I proceeded anyway thinking that I would be making some money.  Six months later, the lands were never sold. The person in charge gave all types of excuses.  When I finally cornered him one day on the phone, he told me he was looking for more money that's why it was taking additional time.  Please don't do business with transfer my land.  I have my contract, the time to sell expired and I lost $1,000.  Please do not put any money upfront to do anything.

No one has ever or will ever be ripped off by Land Transfer, Inc. (LTI), DBA Transfer My land.

LTI has been in business nearly 5 years and has 0 complaints from actual paying customers. LTI also has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau, again with 0 complaints. We are a licensed and bonded Corporation through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Mr. Vasque of Fort Worth Texas, (First Post) owns vacant land in Valencia County New Mexico. LTI has received multiple inquiries in this area. Just today, Feb. 20th, 2014, we received an inquiry (potential buyer) for an owner in Valencia County New Mexico (Ad # 03032112). The statement above can be verified through a separate entity where we market our properties, Land Watch.com (the number one organically searched site for land sales with over a million hits a month).  Our customer has 2 lots for sale at $12,000.00. This potential buyer could have gone to Mr. Vasque if he had elected to contract our services. James and Laurie Stald from Davenport, IA who did elect to contract our services, are now receiving the above mentioned inquiry, and their sales agent was none other than Kimberly Feldman.

“Debbie” from parts unknown, has a post titled “Property Scrammers”. LTI feels this bogus post further exposes itself as such by displaying numerous spelling and grammatical errors.

“Dennis” states that he has had his property on the market for 10 years. It sounds as if he should have taken advantage of our For-Sale-By-Owner marketing campaign valued at over $7,000.00, which spends money to place the land in front of buyers and investors.

property scramers

I am another property ower that had the same phone call by this company Transfer my land. I talk with a kimbery feldman and she stated i needed 650.00 for costs to sell my property. When i told her that I didnt have the money untill I got paid then she stated all I needed to do is pay 300.00 up front fee and the 350.00 would come out of the money when the property sold. I have sold property and brout property and this sounded like a money scram the seller never puts any kind of money up front to sell any property. If you go through a realtor they take a percent to sell your property but you dont pay anything untill the property sells!!! Be ware of this complainy and others that state you need to give them any money up front to sell your property. These companies should be all closed up and put in prison for the rest of there life, scraming money from people is not away to make money!!!!!

Got the same call about my land in Florida.  Was told that values are really increasing and that it is worth a lot of money.  Wow!  This was news to me, as I have had it on the market off and on now for ten years!  Kimberly Feldman called with a follow-up to tell me that I need to send in $300 up front for the listing, and the remaining $500 would be paid at closing.  Too good to be true?  Absolutely.  Why would I pay anything up front?  I might as well put 3 $100 bills in the trash tomorrow.  Thank goodness that I saw this post.  Please beware of Land Transfer schemes.
