The sales person with Resource Edge / TalentHook assured us if the product did not work to our expectation, we would receive a full refund. The product did not work, enhancements and workarounds promised in the sales process did not materialize and we asked for a refund. NO REFUNDS. Be wary of this vendor. They are not to be trusted. Read your contract VERY closely and follow their rules for cancellation or you will be charged again and again. This company is out to take your money and keep it. No scruples here. I hope others that have experienced this with Resource Edge and TalentHook write reviews and put this scum of a company out of business.

Resource Edge has been in business since 1999 providing specialized software tools for recruiters.
With over 3,000 licensed users of our subscription service many customers have been with us for 10 years or more.
Customers sign a contract of 3, 6 or 12 months with VERY CLEARLY STATED terms. Contracts auto-renew if not cancelled 30 days before the end/renewal date.
Any person with the buying authority is expected to be organized enough to put basic vendor contract renewal dates on their calendar and make renewal decisions accordingly. Cancellations within the contract terms can be made with a simple e-mail to us.
