Rica Shaphard Russel Place Apartment Manager and Tracy Robson District Manager. They are rude to you and treat you like crap and are very unprofessional and treat you are like nobody and they say they want respect when they treat you like crap. They do not return phone calls when you have questions about your apartment or about things in the apartment complex. They are not following regulations for reasonable accommendations expecially when it states it is a disabled apartment complex makes it more difficult expecially when someone is in a wheelchair. They threaten and bullie you and they do not care about their people they already have in the complex and stated that if you leave they have other that can move right in that you should just move on. You go to them about things and they just say oh well. Then you go to the office when they dont answer the phone calls and they have the office door locked because they are claiming to be busy when they should be there for us even if they are doing a job they should not lock us out if we need to see them. The Rica Manager even brings her daughter to work who is just small not all the time but she does bring her and what kinda place do you bring alittle girl to work with you when the little girl might require attention and she needs to tend to apartment things and so how can she (Rica) get her work done. Tracy Robson only wants to yell and not hear your side of the story and sticks by Rica and she is not always there to know what is going on and then she only acts snide and disrespectful to you.

These apartments are suppose to be a good place to live and they are nice apartments but how can it be a nice place to live when you have people like this work there and how can it be peaceful when you cannot even relax and enjoy your place your live when they treat you like nothing. When you just want to enjoy your residence that you pay rent for and then you are told that you only borrow the apartment. I always that when you rent it can be considered a place to live not borrowed. Something should be done about these ladies and people need to know. Woda needs to know what kind of people they got working for them and they need to listen to their residents and some people are even afraid to speak up because of the feedback that you get from Rica and Tracy. Even the Big Honchas at Woda probably dont even know even for the ones that are on hud and they are suppose to follow their guidelines and they should check into closer look at these things.
