Up until today, I had successfully used their service to send faxes. However, it did not work today, and I spend over 2 hours with them trying to resolve the problem. When I called and asked for a refund, they refused because I pay yearly. I have only sent a handful of faxes, but since I'm getting such a "low price" per fax, they refused to refund the balance of my yearly fee.
