Robert Cardona Rob Cardona used company credit cards to buy personal things to the tune of 100K plus Torrance, California

Rob Cardona stole all the cash that came into our company and used company credit cards to purchase all of his own parts that he used to modify his own personal cars.  He purchased cars without anyones knowledge and would use our accounts at body shops to have them painted and then he would purchase parts using company money for his own cars and then he would sell them.  the cars were purchased using company cash from customer jobs.

After being caught Rob Cardona continued to lie, cheat and steal to try and retain his job and then he tried to claim that he had enough money built up in Paid Time Off to cover any expenses that he may have incurred.  

After looking into this we had checked his past employment and found out that he did the same thing to them as well.  He would run credit cards on his own private machine at home for the days sales and he would ship the customer the product from work while keeping all the money for himself.  They say he may have gotten away with several hundred thousand dollars but they do not have a way of accurately tracking it.

Rob Cardona can only work for himself so he can only steal from himself.  He tried that once and used a girlfriends fathers investment of $200,000.00 to open a shop but he ended up leaving town with the money and left the father holding the debt after he invested his retirement in his girlfriends son.  

Watch out if this guy comes to you for a job, he has been ripping off people for years and I am sure that he will continue to do the same.  Don't let this happen to you, please be aware.
