I notice this charge on my Chase account for 14.95 to EZSVER RW.  Not knowing who EZSVER RW is, I did a Google search on it, and saw the pages of fraud complaints that pop up.  I contacted Chase, and they closed my account, and blah blah blah  I told them I thought they were party to this fraud, as if they did not already know it was fraud, they should have known.  A few days later I contacted the fraud division of Chase, and they were assuring me that my account was being protected.  I kept trying to ask about everybody else.  When you get these guys off script, they get all confused and frustrated. So, I started asking for the next level up, and ended up with some manager who didnt have talking points or a script.  She listened as I expressed my concerns that Chase was knowingly passing this fraud on to consumers.  Their position at this point is that each individual card holder must call in to report fraud for this charge no matter how many may believe it is not legitimate.  I asked what goods or services EZSVER RW offers, and Chase told me that it is membership in a club where you supposedly are entitled to some kinds of discounts on something.  They claim they are going to look into it further.  (Sarcasm mode on) Wow, am so glad that they are going to look into it (Sarcasm mode off).  I know the public through our government has given Chase billions (TARP), like the other big banks for nothing in return (TARP), but in my opinion, they should not be actively helping even more people rip off the public.  I still believe that their actions make them a party to fraud.  Maybe not legally, but I feel like I would be willing to be a party in a lawsuit to find out, if there was fraud, and if indeed Chase is guilty of at least abetting fraud, in a court of law.
