Rodney Means, the former mental health unit chief at Riker's Island was forced to leave his position back in Feb. 2011. After a complaint was filed with the New York State Commission on civil rights about his behavior towards people under his supervision, he was moved behind the scenes by the company(his title changed to mental health manager...whatever that is)... and Mr. Means, because he was no longer the center of attention, left as of January 2012.

Mr. Means would routinely play with people's heads, make them uncomfortable, was one of those arrogant bastards who would love to prove how smart he was and loved to hear himself talk. He is a cruel, evil man!!!! He has about as much empathy as a rat's a*s... Funny how he ended up in a "helping profession".There is going to be a class action lawsuit against Mr. Means and Prison Health Services. If you worked under Mr. Means before Feb. 2011, please get in touch with me via this site.

 Many fellow employee's complained about him. So I am sure there are many former employees who were poorly treated by this man. The company will be held responsible for putting an emotionally fractured sadist in charge of others. That never should have happened. I come from a wealthy and politically connected family. So I have the money, contacts and resources to pursue this matter. Send a message!!! That hard working people who leave people alone....should not be intimidated, harassed, inappropriately touched in the work place.
