Rossiter's of Florida LLC Harold Rossiter Bad employer, bad businessman Tampa Florida

My husband worked for Harold and I personally met Harold, the dad and his son. I met them with my husband on a job site that my husband did for them on Armenia. My husband busted HIS A** for Harold!! He did a good job remodeling an office. He stayed late at night many nights so that he could get it done by the time Harold needed it finished. He has a wife and three kids. Harold agreed to the price and did not pay my husband anywhere close to that!!!! My husband had to pay his guys and it left us barely anything!!! We lost our house and was evicted with 3 children!!! I have no respect for any of them!!! And the dad even acted like he did not know my husband when my husband went to his house knowing d**n well he was there the morning we all met at the site and shook mine and my husbands hand!! Harold also still owes my husband for carpet work on other jobs!!! Its a shame!! I dont see how that man sleeps at night!! If I was him, I would be too scared to go out anywhere knowing all the people he rips off!! I also met one of the secretarys that worked for him that now works at the court house! She is very honest and an awesome employee for the court house that was promoted there within a few months, with that said, I know she is a good employee! She quit working for Harold because of how she was treated, talked to and also because of the scandalism that was going on in Harolds office! My husband used to box, Harold is extremly lucky my husband didnt give him a left hook! I dont encourage that behavior with my husband or step-sons! But Harold so deserved it!! Now I wish I would of told my husband to go for it!! But Harold will reap what he sows. And one day, my husband and I will visit him again.

I have worked for Mr. Rossiter for many months now and what Donna fails to mention in her statement is that she was in her probationary period at the time of her dismissal. Once she found out she had Merca on her foot it was a never ending complaining merry go round with her, not only during the 2 weeks she worked here, she stated that she new about the construction industry, which in fact she had no clue. Yes she did have a doctors note, and she was not fired because of missing work, she was let go because of her lack of knowledge (which she claimed she had in her interview). I can state for a fact that Mr. Rossiter does in fact pay his Sub contractors and does not talk down to his staff.
