I bought a pair of shoes from Runway Fash dba LAstyleRush.com and it was defective so I notified them
immediately. At first the company was not willing to take back the defective shoes, Karen (the customer service rep and owner) told me to just wear a pair of black socks since the shoes were fading colors onto my sock and skin. After many correspondence, they finally agreed to give me a refund but I have to mail them back the shoes first. I told her to send me a Return Label for this since it's a defect and I should not have to pay to get this back to them. Finally she agreed to pay me back for the shipping charges of $10.

After waiting for more than a month, I never received my refund ck for the shipping cost. So I tried contacting them again and again with no response. She now decided to completely ignored me since they have no contact phone number or anything else I can go by. I also could not put a dispute on the shipping cost since I paid with it on my own credit card in good faith thinking that a legitimate business would reimburse me as promised. Finally after about 2 months, I've decided to do some research and reported them to the BBB and with the help of BBB, the company finally sent me a check. But the company's response to BBB was "we sent out a check a month ago but we'll send out another one again." That's so B.S!! It is obvious that the company decided to ignore me without replying to any of my emails. If they really sent out a check already, wouldn't they reply right away and let me know that they have issued a check?! But instead they choose to ignore me thinking that they can get pass this. Well they are wrong!

It's not about the money sometimes. It's about how a company do business and that they should not try to fraud (yes fraud- intentionally deceit) their customers! Their webpage has been down ever since I've filed a complaint with BBB. I am sure this company is probably still out there doing business in another name. But one name will never change and that is her real name: Karen Kai Lin Tung in Corona, CA!!!
